📃 Terms & Conditions

1. How Long It Takes
Your custom music will be ready in 10 to 21 business days after we chat and receive full payment.
Need it faster? Rush orders are possible for an extra fee.

2. Revisions (Edits)
Each package comes with a set number of free edits.
Need more? It’s $75/hour for extra changes.

3. Who Owns What
You get the right to use the finished music for your personal or business use — just as we agreed.
The raw files and project materials stay with Lush N Hush unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Payments
We require full payment upfront before we start working.
Since this is custom-made, no refunds once production begins.

5. What You Can Use It For

Personal Use = For your own stuff: journaling, meditating, personal videos

Commercial Use = For content that earns money: YouTube, podcasts, client work

Exclusive Use = You fully own the music — we won’t use it or sell it again

6. What You Can’t Do
Please don’t resell or share the raw music as-is.
Also, don’t use our music in hate speech, political ads, or shady content — unless you get our written OK.

⚠️ Legal Stuff

We’re not responsible for what happens after you use the music.
You’re in charge of making sure it’s used the right way — legally and fairly — wherever you post it.

If there's ever a disagreement, we’ll try to talk and sort it out first before going legal.
All services follow the laws of Alberta, Canada.
